RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Return Shipping Charges: Any return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
Outbound Shipping: Although shipping was offered free of charge at checkout, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by BRERA MILANO will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refused or undeliverable orders.

Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange.

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on unworn merchandise returned, excluding shipping charges. Refunds are processed to the original credit card used during the initial order.

Any balance due or owed will be billed or refunded in the original form of payment and credited against the original billed person.

If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until the shipment is dispatched. Upon shipping, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment along with order tracking details.

BMG INTERNATIONAL SAGL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any or all provisions in the above policies. Customers are advised to review the policies periodically for updates. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
