This International Warranty is provided by BRERA MILANO and covers your BRERA MILANO watch against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please carefully read and adhere to the following provisions:

Warranty Duration:

Your BRERA MILANO watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. The warranty period ensures protection against defects arising from the manufacturing process or materials used.

Covered Components:

This warranty specifically covers the watch movement, hands, and dial. Any defect in materials or workmanship related to these components, occurring during the warranty period under normal use, will qualify for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of the service center. To validate warranty claims, a copy of the receipt or the completed, dated, stamped, and signed BRERA MILANO International Warranty card is essential as proof of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

This warranty does not extend to certain components and damages. Specifically, the following are not covered:

1. Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.

2. Damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratched crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic components such as leather and rubber, and discoloration of IP plating).

3. Water damage, even if marked “water-resistant.” It is advised not to submerge watches in water for prolonged periods, as the water resistance rating is based on laboratory pressure tests under static conditions.

Important Notes on Water Resistance:

Water resistance ratings are determined under static conditions, and caution should be exercised during water-based activities. Avoid prolonged submersion, sudden water pressure changes, exposure to high water temperatures, and extreme temperature fluctuations, as these factors are not covered under this warranty. Steam penetration and subsequent condensation on the crystal could lead to rusting of the movement.

Voidance of Warranty:

This warranty is rendered void if the watch has been damaged due to accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or any factors not attributed to defects in materials or workmanship.

Replacement Considerations:

In the event of replacement, BRERA MILANO cannot guarantee an identical model replacement. However, a watch of equal value or similar appearance will be provided if the original model is unavailable.

Important Note on Chronograph Usage:

Extended use of the chronograph function for more than 30 minutes per day significantly reduces the lifespan of the quartz movement battery. Exercise caution to preserve the battery’s longevity.

BRERA MILANO reserves the right to interpret and enforce the terms of this International Warranty. Any disputes arising from the warranty or watch-related issues shall be governed by Swiss substantive laws, and the jurisdiction and venue for any such action shall be exclusively before the ordinary courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
